Yellowstone Weekly Update for February 9, 2026

  • Feb 15
  • 1 min read

Good afternoon, Island Club

I wanted to provide a brief update on landscape operations at Island Club and outline what you can expect moving forward.

Kevin and I also wanted to share that we truly enjoyed the informative meeting with the LMC and the homeowners who attended. It was a productive discussion, and we appreciate the engagement and feedback.

This Week

  • Completed mowing of all turf areas on Monday

  • Continued light trimming operations throughout the Ocean Side homes

  • Performed full weed treatment in all landscape beds, including both residential homes and common areas

  • Irrigation remains turned on to support recovery from recent cold conditions

Next Week

  • Continue trimming operations to finish out the Ocean Side section

    • Trimming will remain selective and limited to unaffected plant material due to prior cold damage

  •

  • Monitor plant recovery as temperatures trend warmer

    • The three-week outlook is showing more favorable conditions for continued rebound

  •

  • Fertilization will take place once soil temperatures rise to appropriate levels

    • Exact timing will be communicated through the LMC

  •

We remain focused on careful, measured maintenance while plant material continues to recover. As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

We appreciate the continued partnership and look forward to keeping Island Club looking its best.
