of Vero Beach
The Island Club of Vero Beach is a unique, barrier island community located on the west side of A1A about a mile south of CR 510 (Wabasso Causeway) and seven miles north of SR 60 (the Barber Bridge) with lovely, private accesses to both the ocean and the Indian River Lagoon.
This beautifully landscaped, gated community includes 252 single-family homes in two separate sections. The Oceanside section hosts 131 one-story homes surrounding a large lake. The second section known as Riverside hosts 121 one and two-story homes surrounding a second large lake. Seventeen of these homes are directly along the Indian River Lagoon. Nestled together, all homes blend together architecturally and are capped with stunning tile roofs.
The community’s Covenants, By-Laws and Rules & Regulations are sustained by an active homeowners’ association led by a seven person Board of Directors and skilled committees with support from a capable property management company. Continuing effort is made to provide the best services for reasonable quarterly maintenance fees.
